A taste-buds awakening recipe

Want to give yesterday's rice leftovers a boost? We give you a derivative of the sauvage rice and soy sauce recipe. More sophisticated, this recipe made of fried rice with sausages and vegetables will become your weekly go-to. It is the perfect blend of the crunchy texture of the vegetables, the melt-in-your-mouth texture of the rice and the juicy meat of the sausage. The combination of the soy sauce and the tangy taste of the lemon adds a touch of freshness to this rich dish. To do so, you will need :

2 bowls of already cooked and cold rice

3 Phu Quoc sausages

1 carrot

1 piece of fennel

10 cm of daikon radish

1 onion

1 clove of garlic

Sprigs of coriander

1 teaspoon of sugar

olive oil

Pepper

Soy sauce

1 lime

Chop the garlic, onion, carrot, radish and fennel. In a wok, pour a good drizzle of oil and fry the garlic for 30 seconds before adding the onion. Stir regularly for 4 minutes on a high heat and then add the vegetables. Stir again regularly until the vegetables have softened. Add the sliced sausages and sauté until the vegetables and sausage are completely cooked. Add the rice, sugar and 2 to 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and stir it alltogether. Sauté the rice for a few minutes before spreading it over the surface of the wok to get the crispy texture of the rice. Serve and garnish with a little coriander and a piece of lemon to squeeze over right before eating.
